If I could give U-Haul negative stars, I would. This business has THE WOST customer service I have ever experienced. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Though I would smear sriracha sauce in my worst enemies eyes. IT IS THAT BAD. TL;DR: I was living in Southern California, my stuff was in West Sacramento, and I was moving to Portland, OR. The solution I arranged with U-Haul over the phone was simple: I'd drive my '95 Ford Explorer 400 miles up to West Sac, load up a small trailer, then continue to Portland. The bil... read more
