I love training with Emily! Emily always finds the right modification and has something prepared before I arrive. Emily explains everything that’s going on, shows me the anatomy, and pinpoints what I’ll be working on. Highly recommend!

Jose is super knowledgeable and helps you with your fitness goals. I came in with soccer injuries and he adjusted the workouts for me until I was ready to do the normal workouts. Amazing vibe and amazing human. Highly recommended!
My Nephew hadn't worked out in years and needed a confidence boost! I searched up some gyms and saw Eco-Fit and took him in! Wow, as soon as he walked in he was payed careful attention to, and was slowly taken through an amazing workout! As he continued his workouts his confidence grew stronger inside and out! This gym has everything for every type of lifter or work out enthusiast. Very clean and plenty of disinfecting material for the equipment.
