Katie and Christian at the Elk Grove branch of Sacramento Credit Union each went above and beyond to help facilitate a complicated auto loan situation (an option contract) at a dealer down in socal. There were issues on paperwork from the dealer that needed to be resolved and timing was of the essence, and I was grateful that my concerns were being heard and acted on. Whenever I called, I was called back quickly. Equally important, their rates were incredibly competitive. They will be my first stop next time I need a loan.
I've been a customer for over twenty years, opening my account downtown. I've never had a problem with this credit union or the Elk Grove location. Very customer service oriented. Always ready to help you. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

I’ve been a long time member and I will be closing my account when the checks posts. The service at this branch has gone down the drain. I was there on 4/26 to deposit my check and was put through a terrible ordeal.
