I am writing to share feedback about my repeated experiences at your office. I have visited more than ten times, and unfortunately, each visit has involved significant delays and poor time management. The front desk staff often appear disorganized and unable to manage patient scheduling effectively. This place is terrible. I'll come for a appointment, I'll be waiting for an hour past the appointment. Nonsense. main reason I dont stop coming here is because of how close it is to my house and honestly thats not a good enough reason anymore to make me keep coming here
Practically no wait time and an outstanding experience overall. The staff was friendly and efficient. Megan was phenomenal, extremely detail-oriented, professional, and had a wonderful personality that made the visit even more pleasant!
I told them about my insurance.They scheduled appointment for me, but when I can with my wife and child she said the doctor is running late and not accepting your insurance.
