Outside of being in unbearable pain, you may want to avoid this establishment. Every aspect of the operation, from the front to the back, feels as out-dated as the equipment looks. They literally have had years to get it right. Needless to say I'm still looking for an operation that matches my expectation.
The waits to see the dentist a long. Been here 3 times, with a average wait of 30 minutes to get into a chair, and then an additional 15 mins or so for the dentist to appear. My last visit, the inflation cuff for taking blood pressure was broken. The tech knew this, but tried to take my BP anyway. Sadly, I allowed her three attempts as I did not know she'd experienced problems on previous patients. The cuff kept inflating way beyond what was necessary and caused bruising and extreme pain. I went to this clinic for a dental emergency, hoping to get timely care. Instead, I ended up waiting over two hours with no updates or acknowledgment from the staff. When I finally approached the receptionist to politely ask about the wait time, she was extremely unprofessional and rude. Rather than offering any explanation or assistance, she told me I could leave if I didn’t want to wait.
