The waits to see the dentist a long. Been here 3 times, with a average wait of 30 minutes to get into a chair, and then an additional 15 mins or so for the dentist to appear. My last visit, the inflation cuff for taking blood pressure was broken. The tech knew this, but tried to take my BP anyway. Sadly, I allowed her three attempts as I did not know she'd experienced problems on previous patients. The cuff kept inflating way beyond what was necessary and caused bruising and extreme pain. I went to this clinic for a dental emergency, hoping to get timely care. Instead, I ended up waiting over two hours with no updates or acknowledgment from the staff. When I finally approached the receptionist to politely ask about the wait time, she was extremely unprofessional and rude. Rather than offering any explanation or assistance, she told me I could leave if I didn’t want to wait. This dental center doesn't provide emergency service by walking when you need. However you set appointment you have to wait up to one hour but when you have emergency patients must to be exactly at 10:30am or 01:30pm other times they don't take care of patients and ignore. They always think about there own appointments they never think about patients, parents/guardians of patients time.
I am writing to share feedback about my repeated experiences at your office. I have visited more than ten times, and unfortunately, each visit has involved significant delays and poor time management. The front desk staff often appear disorganized and unable to manage patient scheduling effectively. This place is terrible. I'll come for a appointment, I'll be waiting for an hour past the appointment. Nonsense. main reason I dont stop coming here is because of how close it is to my house and honestly thats not a good enough reason anymore to make me keep coming here
