I dropped by Sac Collision Center and asked if they were able to reattach two letters that fell off of the emblem on the back hatch of my car. Rudy was so helpful and reattached them and wouldn’t except payment for it. I felt like I was home and he was a neighbor helping me out. You don’t see customer service like that anymore. That is why I highly recommend them.
I took my car here to have it repaired. I got 3 quotes, Sacramento Collision Center being the last. Once I arrived I, was greeted by Rudy. He was amazing, honest, fair, and very attentive to all my concerns. His quote was lower than the rest, his honesty was impeccable. The others wanted to charge me for unnecessary work. He's told me that he would make it look like "it never happened.", and that is exactly what he did. A motorcyclist knocked my side mirror off on the freeway I initially went to a commercial auto body shop and was quoted a ridiculous price, came here and was quoted a great price. The customer service was amazing everyone was friendly and the service was quick and easy. And the work is amazing my mirror looks as if nothing ever happened. I would recommend them to anyone
