they are a real nightmare. they do absolutely NOTHING for your property. they do not post or track payments. they monopolize all aspects of your property and make you lose control of what's going on. forget about asking for anything, they are going to keep you around and round for weeks without giving a straight answer. recurrent payments like utilities or insurances are going unpaid constantly.
