Sacramento Appliance is GREAT!!! Anytime that I have needed repair or to replace a washer or dryer, they have come immediately to take care of it. They have wonderful customer service skills, and I will always return to them. I can guarantee you will be happy with their service. Connie T.
Do not purchase anything from them. i had a dryer that my mom bought from them repaired and brought to my home. it stopped working before the 30 day warranty was up. i called and called with out a call back and when she did answer the phone. She told me it was past the 30 day warranty and i would have to pay for them to come out to check it out and to repair it.
Well so sorry that was the experience that you had. Maybe you already had bugs in your house they come out from hiding when your appliances are moved. I have known these people for many years and have bought appliances from them and so have other members of my family as well as our friends. They are reasonably priced and loyal. Have your home fumigated LOVE N LIGHT
