You won’t regret doing this experience. We loved every minute of it, including our sweet golden retriever who eventually napped in her tube for the second half of the trip. Talk about a core memory! The staff’s absolutely great. Sue was wonderful with check-in, giving us sage advice. Then the shuttle driver (I feel bad, I forgot his name!) went out of his way to turn around and go back to the main office when we realized we we tend given our paddles that we paid for. All the staff were helpful and nice, when we checked in all questions answered and even got a better parking spot, getting life jackets was so easy there was staff that was very helpful, we all laughed while being shuttled over the driver was safe, after the 1 mile float while going up the hill a staff offered to take my float. So all staff we had contact with made our experience amazing.
We had such a great time! Definitely recommend paddles when the water is lower, and loved having the extra float for our extra items/drinks. We took our dog and she got her own float! It took a minute for her to get used to it, but then she was chill and we all floated down and had the best time. So glad we got to do it, and Sue was amazing at setting us up and being awesome!
