Meredith Perry at Saco knew I needed my asthma meds refilled on May 29 2024. But it’s already August 13 and she still hasn’t bothered to refill my medications. Altho I have called and sat with her in her office and begged her to give me my meds. An asthma attack could kill me. Does Meredith want me to die??? Meredith Perry is a horrible medical provider!
