I reached out to inquire about a house in Old Orchard managed by Sacco Bay that my family has stayed at before, hoping it would be available early in the spring. Unfortunately it was not, but Casey got back to me quickly to let me know, and offered to inquire about another property under a different owner. Great customer service, and my family and I had a great experience staying at the house in the summer of 2022!
Stay far away from Saco Bay Rentals. This company (a married couple) demonstrated a rare combination of inexperience, incompetence, callousness, and dishonesty that culminated in an all around horrific experience for me. The only thing they did was list my property on their site. They never visited my property, or checked on my home after their guests left. They said they had “too many other properties to visit “. Stay away! Horrible. Cottage on Sunset Ave was so bad. Dirty floors & furniture, mildew, rust, old. Not fit for rental.
