I have always liked going to physical therapy. Saco Bay in Standish figured out my problem quickly and recommended exercises and stretches that helped to alleviate my pain. I am always grateful for a natural way to relieve body pains
The people here really listen to what their patients need. I've been working with Melissa and Sabrina and both are very careful not to push too hard and truly value my judgment and feedback. They understand that their goal - is whatever I want my end goal to be and they are helping me get there without pain or stress. Very thankful to them for their help and so glad to have found them! PT isn't supposed to be fun - but it's a nice feeling to not dread going to it or leave a session miserable and in pain. Thank you all!
