After two appointments I wrote to Lyn Fitzpatrick (dentist/owner) on April 16, 2025 and Sackville Smile Center. I terminated our dentist/patient relationship due to trust issues as well as erroneous billing issues to my insurance provider......that meant I had to pay. They did not provide me with their website stated discount of 5% for seniors and did not properly use my dental health insurer's benefits. Dr. Fitzpatrick is an amazing dentist. She has helped me many times when I had strong tooth pain, and she always knew exactly what to do. She also takes care of my regular treatment and never tries to sell anything I don’t need. What I really like is that she cares about her patients not just during the appointment. She thinks about the work she’s done and what still needs to be done even after the visit. You can feel that she truly wants the best for you. Dr. Fitzpatrick is amazing! A dentist who goes above & beyond. On a Friday morning, with a plane ticket booked to fly the next day, (due to illness), I awoke with a tooth’ache’. I was in pain. I thought to myself “it’s Friday, the clinic is closed, but I will call to see if the recording will provide an Emergency #". I dialed the # & a lovely lady named Natasha answered the phone!
