I’ve been going to Sackville Smile Centre for over 20 years. Dr Fitzpatrick is amazing, as is Jessica, my regular Hygenist And Erica who I just went to, as Jessica in on mat leave. The whole staff is great!!!
After two appointments I wrote to Lyn Fitzpatrick (dentist/owner) on April 16, 2025 and Sackville Smile Center. I terminated our dentist/patient relationship due to trust issues as well as erroneous billing issues to my insurance provider......that meant I had to pay. They did not provide me with their website stated discount of 5% for seniors and did not properly use my dental health insurer's benefits. Additionally, my insurance was charged by SSC for a full dental/oral examination that I know I did not receive in 2025. I ... read more
