Bought a new 2023 Salem 32BHDS back in May and picked up in June with a few "minor" issues that were to be addressed prior to pickup. Gareth had promised that the fold out bed in the bunkhouse would be replaced as we never even got one because it was deteriorating and was required to be replaced. Absolutely ridiculous to deal with if you have any sort of issues with the unit you’ve purchased, even if covered under warranty and you’ve been a client for 10 plus years. Completely disgusted and disappointed with their lack of care and customer service. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new camper
The team at Sackville RV has been incredibly helpful and supportive when it comes to aftercare and maintenance questions. They stopped by last week and patiently answered what felt like a hundred of my questions. Every email—before and after the visit—was answered promptly and thoroughly. I’m so grateful I chose to purchase my RV through them. I’ve since learned that this level of after-sale service isn’t standard everywhere BUT with Sackville RV, it’s clearly a core part of what they do. Thank you! ☺️
I went for a safety inspection, warranty work and get my hitch adjusted. Gareth and his service team provided incredible service . John readjusted my hitch just perfectly. They are such great people to deal with.
