Very disappointed this year with our interaction with Sackville RV. We had always had such a positive view and experience with them. When we had servicing needs or questions they were literally a cell phone away and dependable. We had scheduled a mobile service and not only did they not show up nor did we receive a phone call to let us know they weren’t coming. Terrible customer service. When we called asking, they literally had wrote down the wrong information about what our problem was and what we were asking for help... read more
