On behalf of my wife and I, I’d like to use this venue to give a big shout-out of thanks to Gareth the service manager for the professional manner in which he quickly came to our aide to resolve some of the safety concerns we were having with our Jayco Travel trailer. We are from Nova Scotia and recently purchased a trailer from a dealer other than Sackville RV New Brunswick. Service was top notch!!! Great communication regarding status of repair. Was way more than fair on the repair cost. Glad to have found these guys and will be returning when the motorhome needs anything! 5 !!!
Bought a trailer 2 years ago, still waiting on the registration papers they said I'd receive in the mail. Emailed them several times over those 2 years and have yet to receive a response.
I’d leave 0 stars if possible. Driver of a van blasted through cones set up where kids were playing outside of a daycare just before 4:30pm on March 26th. Absolutely reckless behaviour. The area in question is beside a NB Power access road. This driver had no business driving through and onto the NB Power access road, at a high rate of speed, where kids were playing.
Can't say enough of how good these folks are. This is the spot to go for service. Family members purchased a few RVs also and they are by far the best to deal with
