I have never left a negative review online before. Communication breakdowns led to incorrect towing requirements causing us additional financial costs and stress. We were from out of town and left to make the necessary arrangements on our own. When contacted, the company refused to take any accountability and lied entirely about the situation.

A young man by the name of the Bentley kindly showed us the used trailers. He was pleasant and informative. We'll done.
Bought ‘25 Forest River. Payed top dollar included extended warranty. Faucet of outdoor shower broke, faucet in dining room broke, toilet broke. Called the dealer, listed what broke, was told “100.00 an hour from time of departure to have service tech to come fix it, or bring it down and loose 1/2 the camping season to do so” I deeply regret buying Forest River
Had issues with my hot water tank. David and Taren were fantastic. They answered my questions and went out of their way to do some research for me. Would highly recommend them for all your trailer needs
