I attended to have a device upgrade. Susan is excellent to deal with. Incredibly helpful and supportive of my hearing needs. Katlin is awesome, scheduling my appointments and ensuring my devices work and i have the necessary accessories and cleaning supplies. I could not be happier with them!

There is no doubt that Amplifon is a good and reputable company. The quote they provided for 2 hearing aids was over $2000 less than the quote Connect Hearing gave me. I seems that the latter company is more focused on profit, rather than truly helping their clients with limited budgets, such as I. At Amplifon, the audiologist who helped me (Susan) was very thorough is assessing my hearing and explaining everything to me.
