I was a bit nervous going to have my ears cleaned out as a previous experience at another clinic years ago and it was very unpleasant. Jenn did an excellent job, very pleasant and sympathetic. Excellent service.
Went to Amolifon on Cobequid Road and Kaitlyn welcomed me with a warm smile. Jen then took over and tested my hearing and then discussed my aftercare. Jen was superb at making me feel relaxed throughout the whole process. Getting a hearing aid to counteract the tinnitus I have been experiencing for the last 15-20 years.
