Not sure if it’s inexperience but from the first othro I visited it was like night and day. I felt there wasn’t much privacy. My procedure consult pictures were all on the screens for patients walking by to see without your consent. It was so uncomfortable that I got up and left.
I don’t know of how many businesses I can honestly say “it is a pleasure doing business with you” but Sacksteder is absolutely one of those businesses. I don’t even have a crazy story to tell about, just that day in, day out, they are wonderful to work with. They are incredible with my young (and at times dramatic kids), exceptionally helpful to me with all scheduling and insurance needs, and just all around thoughtful. My son had an expander and my daughter braces. This orthodontist practice is the best. Dr. Sacksteder is so knowledgeable and super great with my children who tend to be more sensitive at the dentist and orthodontist. Highly recommend!
