I will never hire any lawyer for the rest of my life and I feel very strongly about this after my experience with Sacks & Sacks. Terrible experience, untrustworthy and disrespectful. They provided good communication until I paid the retainer and for a couple of calls after I signed the retainer agreement. They were supposed to contact the third party involved on my case and that party continuously stated they never received a call from Sacks & Sacks to continue the process. Adam and Sheri represented me well and helped me through my divorce case. Would recommend to anyone in the area
Extremely incompetent lawyers and paralegals. Unorganized, lack serious communication, have poor attitude. Substituted lawyers to represent me without my consent. Ended up dismissing my Bankruptcy case bc they were not on my side. They are out for money only. Can’t even read a Profit and Loss sheet from excel. Pathetic customer service. Worst I’ve ever seen.
Sheri was extremely unprofessional and down right nasty.
Some years ago I used me sacks as my divorce attorney. He was terrible. I couldn't afford to get another and he knew that. He didn't fight for me at all he pretty much got my ex everything she wanted. There was a cold involved but I knew that she wasn't mine be didn't care and she's for a lot of child support from me until I was able to get a test done that confirmed she wasn't mine. So because of my sacks I lost so much. It took years to recover. Never will recommend him
