I went in a few weeks ago and the service was absolutely amazing, I will definitely be coming back
Incompetence at its finest! Ordered 2 PANDORA rings back in early May of this year. With lots of excuses, blame games and phone calls later, I finally have my rings. It’s taken 6 MONTHS for them to get them in store. First they ordered the wrong size. Second time the rings didn’t fit and I was told it’s “because I had lost weight”. Warrnambool Sacks were extremely helpful when they didn't have what I wanted they rang a store in a different town and the Hamilton store was able to help me out. Both staff members were extremely helpful and very friendly. Will definitely be shopping at Sacks Jewellers in the future
Very friendly staff with a big range of jewellery. Definitely will shop there again.
