Gift voucher not honoured. One month out of date My elderly mother very disappointed as voucher was purchased by her Will not be shopping at this store again !!!!

Incompetence at its finest! Ordered 2 PANDORA rings back in early May of this year. With lots of excuses, blame games and phone calls later, I finally have my rings. It’s taken 6 MONTHS for them to get them in store. First they ordered the wrong size. Second time the rings didn’t fit and I was told it’s “because I had lost weight”. Third time the rings came in from another local store and they sent the wrong size. Constantly I was told that they will be here within a week, with that ‘week’ never arriving. Warrnambool Sacks were extremely helpful when they didn't have what I wanted they rang a store in a different town and the Hamilton store was able to help me out. Both staff members were extremely helpful and very friendly. Will definitely be shopping at Sacks Jewellers in the future
