RecommendedSack Erts did our stone hearth and gas’s log fireplace in 2012. As we shelter in place, we are enjoying it more than ever.
I can’t say enough amazing things about Sackett’s! Everyone we worked with there was very knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. I genuinely never felt like I was getting a sales pitch, just them working to help me get what I wanted. The work turned out great and we love our new fireplace!
We have had a great experience with our pellet stove, installed by Sackett's when we built in 2014. We do have it cleaned annually and our first unit had a bad motherboard, which John and company switched out cheerfully. Scheduling can be "out there at bit", so understand they may get hung up on a job. Always first class work and explanations provided.
I called the week of November 11 and asked to have my gas fireplaces serviced. They said they were out a bit, but should be able to get someone to us in about two weeks. They gave us a quote, took our information and said they would call us to schedule. I waited until today, December 10 to call them back and inquire as to where we were on the list.
