I am extremely impressed with Sacketts. My heat pump stopped working on a public holiday. I contacted Sacketts the next working day and Cathy had Scott booked to come and check it the same day. I had to have a new heat pump installed. Will and Forest arrived to install the heat pump a week later. They were professional and careful about my carpets and respectful that I had dogs inside. Mark was very thorough in designing our air conditioning system, and precise in his estimation of the duration of the install. Our house is an odd layout, but he approached it with a "can-do" attitude, and had a quote and a proposal ready for us within a week. The installers tidied up after themselves; were polite; and came on time each day. They didn't take any shortcuts in the installation, even though it wasn't always straightforward. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone.
Technician did a great job of servicing our heat pumps. We will use them again.
