Moved into an apartment newly build but heating / cooling installed a year ago. Just in case asked for an annual service. Nice guy comes round, checks everything, spent the time educating me on the system and some other electrical devices and says I should not be charged the full service as we did not need new filters and hence paid for minimum call out charge. Not many businesses would do that. Highly recommend for skills and honesty / customer care.
Outstanding service.
We have just had our entire ducted heat pump system supplied and installed by Sackett Services. We are super happy with results and the process of getting it first designed by Mark and then installed by Jessie and Forrest was great. It was a big job and they did it so well. Highly recommended.
Scheduling was good. Scott, the technician, was efficient, friendly, and explained what he found and did. There have not been any post maintenance issues. Thanks.
