Very happy with the service of the heatpumps. Very efficient and courteous.
Great customer service. Scotty talked us through everything he was doing on servicing our Daikin heat pump. So glad we had serviced, running so much quieter and efficiently now.
Excellent service. We needed hot water and Sackett were at our place that day to assess the problem and the following day to install a new unit. Hot water is running again and we’re super happy!
Mark Reid and his site team(Dilip and Anthony)are outstanding. They do an exceptional job and are genuinely a credit to Sacketts. Their professionalism, workmanship, and commitment on site really stand out, and they are without doubt one of the company’s most valuable assets. Highly recommend Sacketts after my recent experience having them remove my old gas ducted heating system and replacing it with a ducted Mitsubishi heat pump. Mark took such care with the design of the system and placement of the components and Jesse and Evie worked so hard on the installation.
