Trying to find a real live person to talk to about my broken microwave was ridiculous! I wanted to know if making an appointment was going to be worth the cost. EVERYONE else that I contacted either would not do diagnoses over the phone or would not even talk to me unless I made an appointment. Josh was nothing like this. He was more than willing to listen and help determine that an appointment was not worth it and to just buy a new microwave. Our dishwasher stopped draining! We called Josh and he was there the next day! Was very up front about cost and what he needed to order! I recommend him to everyone!!
The hot water on my washing machine stopped working, it would only fill if I ran it cold. I wasn't quite ready to get a whole new washer so I called Josh to see what he could do. He had the part on hand and it was fixed that same day extending the life of my washing machine. Highly recommend Sackett Service!
