Tracy is an excellent Doctor, but i’ve had several issues w/them scheduling & keeping appointments. I had them call & reschedule my appointment twice, when I finally got to go for my appointment I was 10 minutes late, they checked me in, had me wait in the waiting room for 15 min. then called me up again to cancel my appointment because I was 10 minutes late! If this was really necessary why would they not do this immediately when you show up, I questioned if they were just behind, no answer, just sorry. I drive a half hour ... read more
I tried scheduling an appointment for my depression because it was getting bad and instead of getting me in right away, they decided I couldn't get in until over a month. The staff is extremely rude. I highly do not recommend. The doctor is a good doctor but the experience as a whole is not good!
