We are a pool company (In St George UT) who helped them set up, test chemicals and add them all day, and fixed a drain that their employees broke while sliding. We did this all in June 2016. We have never been paid, they will not respond, and are crooks. NEVER DO ANYTHING WITH THIS GROUP! I wouldn't even attend anything that they are part of. Our charity provided work for their Slide the City event in June 2017. We still have not received payment and have been ignored repeatedly or told check is still “under approval.” It’s been 7 months now and we haven’t gotten any closer to receiving the $1600 owed to us and rarely get a response. This has been a Tremendous blow to our very small organization and we’ve had to cancel portions of our outreach/benevolence because the funds we worked for never appeared.
Parent company for Lanternfest and many other events. I puchased tickets for an event which was cancelled, and they will not respond to my emails or refund my money. Be wary!
We are a vendor who did work for them at one of the events. It's been 3 months and they haven't paid us and now they won't respond to our emails or return our phone calls.
This company is the worst company. They don't return phone calls, emails, or actual letters. They don't respond to Better Business Bureau requests, or even the Consumer Protection agency from the State of Utah. Biggest rip off, Mr. CEO just gets richer and richer ripping people off.
