Stay away. When you most need assistance and insurance coverage, they do nothing to help you. I had severe damage to my home and they walked away. Not only that, they ignored all my phone calls and emails. It makes one wonder why we pay high insurance premiums and expect results when we are in need. They expect us to pay out of pocket for repairs, which is the antithesis of insurance. Yes, there's a deductible. Thankfully, I have found a reputable agent who comprehends how insurance works.
