After less than a year into our tenancy and right before the due date for notice, Sachs real estate advised about ending the tenancy, mentioning the difficult times with inflation, that the owner wanted to occupy the place. Only to find out a month later that the property was listed for rental again with >10% rent increase at a time when rental market was difficult for tenants. I wonder what this strata firm gets paid for? I have dealt with them (as a tenant) for 2 years and they are rude, unhelpful and NOTHING seems to be their responsibility. Would never choose them - cannot believe they're still in business
Their strata firm took my pet application fee of $110 and ghosted me
