Avoid Exec Estate for strata management. I dealt with Gratel Sachs over the phone and the interaction was incredibly unprofessional and rude. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a team that actually values basic customer service.(please dont reply back and say Gratel is not working in there, the family name makes the connection obvious)
Peter was exceptional to deal with during the buying process. He kept me informed every step of the way which was reassuring. Peter was very responsive to communication which kept everything moving forward efficiently. Was great working with him, would recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase a home, particularly as a first home buyer.

After less than a year into our tenancy and right before the due date for notice, Sachs real estate advised about ending the tenancy, mentioning the difficult times with inflation, that the owner wanted to occupy the place. Only to find out a month later that the property was listed for rental again with >10% rent increase at a time when rental market was difficult for tenants.
