Kerry= Gross negligence. Unfortunately for the region (219) these people (GAL's) are either over worked, or just unengaged. Kerry is the latter. Kerry is not a bad person, just bad at her job. I told you, she would continue to be unprofessional and now unethical. ** *Second edit, same day: I am not a party to this case, I am not bound by any "office policy" yet I am being told my husband's lawyer will drop him as a client if I don't delete my review. We had the GAL on our case, Kerry . & she was wonderful. She was so kind with me, my kids, she listened. My kids loved her! She definitely made a big difference.
