Doctor Navare let my mother die on Christmas Eve. This doctor and his staff will NEVER call you back when you have questions or concerns. My mother called many times, over a few months and they would just tell her “we’ll have someone call you back” When I called I would get the same response, over and over. I last called say my mom was spiraling on the medication he prescribed and they didn’t care at all. They sent my concern to someone’s voicemail and never called back. Dr. Navare's cardiology office says their here to save lives. That may be the case, but when it comes to setting an appointment for the day and time that is convenient for me they won't let me do so to save my life. The self-centeredness, arrogance, and overwhelming sense of authority that they think they have over a patients totally prevents me from wanting to use his cardiology office.
