I recently purchased a futon bed. I tried it out in the store for 10 minutes. After spending one night I woke up with excruciating pain in my back. I went into the store to tell them I wanted to return it for a refund. I was told that they do not take “Bedding” Futon costs $1600. I was very angry and thought this was a very unethical policy.
