Excellent, friendly service and a great mattress!
I purchased a bed frame and organic cotton mattress from here and it lasted for years. Super comfortable and worth it! I loved it... All day I anticipated laying in it! Highly recommended! I am into carpentry and modified the frame to be one person... Then one day the extra slats were mysteriously missing out of our secured garage! WTF! I still don't know where they went or who took them! STOLEN! I guess that Japanese Oak is a coveted commodity! I highly recommend sachi organic mattresses. My wife & I shopped around for a mattress forever. After extensive research, we noticed most of the new age companies sell mattresses that aren’t firm enough & don’t last long. Sachi’s mattress is firm & comfortable. (They sell varying levels of firmness so you can get the one that’s right for you) so far the mattress has held up great.
