What a terrible customer service experience, the front desk staff who worked today Friday 7/24 needs serious training. Doesn’t know how to move the schedule around to accommodate what you booked online, has a serious attitude problem. Miriam who did my pedicure lovely 5 stars to Miriam.
When I walk in the salon, I get treated and welcomed with respect, kindness and respect. The services that they provide are wonderful and results are seen. It doesn’t matter what service you go in for, you will be very happy with the results. I recommend this salon to everyone. You will make a mistake if you don’t go in. The atmosphere is amazing. I have been a customer for a while now and I’m very happy that I chose Sachi.

From the time I walked in the door until I left I felt welcomed. The atmosphere is very comforting. The salon is clean and modern. The staff at this nail salon are very friendly, they talk to you and ask what you like. I was not disappointed at all, I got what I came for and it looks great on me. Thank you so much Andrea ( I can’t remember their names) and the lady that gave me a pedicure, Cathy, did a great job Thank you and I will be returning.
