I wanted to come here and try something new. The ambience is nice, but I think that’s the only nice thing about it. Unfortunately, my hard gel manicure started lifting less than 2 weeks after getting them done, something that has never happened before. I wouldn’t come back to this overpriced place.

I’ve given Sachi Nails and Body Spa multiple chances because of its convenience and appearance, but after my most recent visit, I won’t be returning. To start with the positives: the space itself is beautiful, the owner seems kind, and they’ve consistently accommodated me as a walk-in. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The entire team is very welcoming and kind. It is always clean, pricing is reasonable, and they do a great job. Definitely 5 star service.

The nail tech Lij seriously needs to be addressed because she’s making your business look bad. I had appointments scheduled two days in a row, and she was a no-show both times. That’s a complete waste of my time and money. If someone isn’t available, don’t book appointments they can’t keep. And from what I’ve seen, this isn’t the first time it’s happened but two days in a row is unacceptable.
