Everyone was so nice first time I came I loved the environment. However, the second time I came the owner was dismissive and was rushing the nail lady to get me out - I will not be back- the owner was speaking of me to a male that works there. I booked what I was getting and still was rushed I was also there for 6 hours for 2 fill ins. I will never go back- to the owner is rude and late to open shop sometimes. Was not a good experience
This place is amazing! I would call ahead to book an appointment. They specialize in so much! You can sit back and relax. Everyone is so nice and the plave is beautiful. You can even host your own girls night out there!
I am extremely disappointed with this establishment. The actual services I received were good, but the way this business handled its pricing has completely changed my opinion of them. I initially came in as a walk-in, and Joseline did my dip powder and pedicure. Her work was GREAT. She was thorough, focused, and took her time. I had absolutely no complaints about her services. I got a pedicure done and it was a wonderful experience the nail tech took their time didn’t rush so I was happy about that
Terrible experience this past weekend here. The staff at the front were rude and very dismissive, the owner....was extremely rude as well. The tech doing my nails informed another tech to tell me in English that I had a very bad infection and needed to visit a doctor and refused to service me what I asked for.
