Office crew are horrible , old lady charged my cc to another person, and I am waiting currently for 2 months to get testosterone approved. I was there in person, spoke with Mercedes and i have beeing told that they don't do preauthorizations and they also are short in personal. That means that I have to cut my hormone treatment for lack off professionalism , totally liable.
My visit at Sachedina Urology was a great experience from the start when you walked in, you are greeted with a smile. The nurse that checked me in at the back was professional, helpful and explained everything to me, Dr Nasheer was also professional and explained everything to the T , I’m very happy that I am attending this office and will continue, I will refer anyone to this office.
Most disorganized office ever, over 1 hour just to get the papers to fill and event after all that time they messed up the name. BTW the automated response that you see below has a non functioning email. That's how much they care.
The staff and the doctor are extremely professional. Much of the staff has been together for many years. This tells a lot about the work environment. Where do u see this? I haven’t.
