No experience with the Dr but I heard good things about him. Reception is the first person people interact with when they’re calling your business. I called twice today. The first time I was immediately put on hold then after 5 minutes they answered to put me on hold again to then answer and put me on hold a third time. At this point I had to hang up cause I was walking into a meeting but I figured maybe not a good time so I’ll call back. Dr. Sachedina has been my Urologist for many years. He has been a very good Doctor I trust.
Dr. Sachedina, is ( Top Notch ). Unfortunately, I'm having delays in getting scheduled for a procedure at the hospital. On top of that , one of the Staff who sits opposite Cassie's office , was ( EXTREMELY RUDE , AND CONDESENDING ) , to me. Did not appreciate her attitude towards me "AT ALL , when I was only trying to get my procedure scheduled . I found her very " UNPROFESSIONAL " !!!! IM hoping she's not like that with all the patients. 🤨
