I experienced Sacha's beautifully grounding healing red light meditation at 5.30pm, Healing on Spring St, Bondi Junction last Tuesday. The combination of light therapy and breathing technique is next level relaxation. Stress melts and you return to centre, Sacha is a gifted practitioner, thoroughly recommended!
