Excellent communication with Mike, the Owner, and his crew is always there on time, with the right equipment, materials, and attitude to get the job done right. Makes my job as a GC much easier when we've got Saccoccia Construction onsite. Highly recommended for saw-cutting, demo, excavation, import/export of materials, compaction, rebar, flatwork, you name it! Pricing is competitive and there's no nonsense onsite - just good clean work.
AWFUL looking asphalt driveway. Many marks, inconsistent stone, cosmetic blemishes and visually unappealing. Probably low quality asphalt. Many rust/oil lines throughout driveway. Poor workmanship.
Saccoccia's paved my driveway and did a great job! Very neat, super professional and even got a little surprise with an extra bump-out for our trash cans which I hadn't even thought of! Thanks!
