I am very disappointed with my experience with this provider. My husband and I had been patients at UPMC for several years, and after our previous PCP left the facility, we established care with this doctor in 2024. Unfortunately, our recent experiences made us decide to switch back to other previous provider at another facility. During appointments, we often felt that we had to guide the conversation ourselves by suggesting possible tests or follow-ups rather than receiving proactive guidance from the physician. Dr Sacco is an excellent Dr he really cares for his patients and takes his time with you. He listens to all of your concerns. I have had several doctors over the years and he is by far the best.
