The best Doctor out there and staff does not mess around they are very professional and take their job serious. People might take this as rude but I’d rather have them be rude but professional and doing their job right. All my love to the staff thank you for all you do.
I would give 5 stars but the staff is horrible! First off Dr Ricardo Saca is amazing! Probably the first doctor I’ve ever had that’s attentive and thorough. I definitely felt at ease leaving his office. I’ve been dealing with a lot of unanswered medical issues. He assured me he’d do everything possible to find the problem and a resolution. Speaking to the receptionist on the phone was a different story. I’ve spoken to 2 different associates. One was actually very nice and understanding but there’s one I could not recall her ... read more
