Lee and his crew are top notch
This review is long overdue, about a year ago i took my 2500hd silverado diesel here as i was having transmission problems with the allison 1000. The guy who i suspect was Lee, told me exactly what was wrong with it. And seeing as how i do most of my own auto repair i had it in my head that it was something else and this dude was spouting BS. Outstanding customer service. I called and asked for advice about a rust issue I was concerned about for a used vehicle given their experience with diesel trucks. They provided prompt feedback and gave me the professional second opinion I wanted! Highly recommend!
I had my truck worked on at Sac Valley - I had to go back 3 times to fix the problem. I have all communications on record. I paid a few hundred dollars and have all record, I emailed the company and asked if the problem could be fixed or refund my money. Lee (the owner) did say that he would solve the issue.
