Unfortunately sales reps and even the General Manager from the main Sacramento office doesn't return phone calls. Deliveries are inconsistent with delivery dates, back orders. I'm sure Waxie is second guessing this acquisition. Hope Waxie can work through this.
Excellent service and very patient team. Ordered an Omniflex Crossover system.. and wow! What a machine! Trini and his team did a great job helping me throughout the entire ordering process. Highly recommended for heavy duty equipment purchases.
