I just called to get details about the work to be performed for the Groupon purchase. Some guy answered the phone by sleepily saying hello. I asked if this was the tint place and he hung up. I called back, same dope answered the phone and said hello, I said is this Sac Tint & Graphics? He said yeah. I asked is this how you answer the phone? He hung up. I cancelled the Groupon purchase.
Could not get a appointment to bring my car in at all and i called every other day and no response so i took my business else were. Beware they never answer their phone calls.
Bad experience. He did two vehicles for us. In our truck he didn't cover the full back windows so there's a slot of untinted window when you roll them down. And there are small particles under the tint in the front windows. On my car he left shavings of the old tint all over my back seat area and the soap solution all leaked down my doors and it dried there. Plus he left a whole corner of the window at the bottom.
