I can't believe these guys knocked this pool out in 4 days! It looks like a brand new pool and they were very respectful of my property and my schedule. They also gave me an amazing price and payment option. I went to 4 other pool companies before I found them and they were thousands lower with the same or higher quality work and customer **********************. I would recommend these gentlemen to everyone

I would never recommend or use sac pool pros, they built my neighbors pool and destroyed my entire dripping system and drainage pipes with their bobcat. When I initially discussed with my neighbor I agreed for them to take the fence down and put it back up as well as replant everything that was planted here before. This company is hiding behind their contract that the neighbor signed which is horrible business practices. So, this review is coming from the other side. I am the architect/salesperson for this company. When i moved to ********** I interviewed with many companies, and eventually chose Sac pool pros. It was because their commitment to ********* values and taking care of the customer. I agree that their communication is severely lacking and leaves a lot to be desired. Do NOT use Sac Pool Pros if you want to have a great pool project experience. The word "Pros," I assume, stands for professionals. This company and ****, the owner, are anything but professional. They will constantly over-promise but under-deliver. There is a total lack of communication. They will do one part of the project, and then your property just sits there for over a month without anything else being done, another portion of the project will get done, and then you have to sit for another month.
