Called in for a service and it was Mike who answered my call. My 1 year old dropped a Hair Catcher inside my drain from my shower stand. It is one of the pieces of the Shower Shroom that stops hair from going to the drain. Mike was my first choice unlike other plumbers that I called for which they asked me to pay them first to get to my house before they start working, not going to happen.
