This is crazy how I am needing an appointment for my son to be seen ASAP as he was discharged from the ER and needs to be seen by his primary so he can see a specialist. They give me an appointment for NEW PATIENT in 2 days, but it changed since I told them he was discharged from the Urgent Care saying it’s a follow up. That makes NO DAMN SENSE!! US HEALTH CARE IS A JOKE…
If I could leave negative 5 stars I would! I desperately have been trying to get seen by my primary care doctor here for months now (I’m a new patient) and they keep rescheduling me. Finally fed up I had to switch primary care doctors. Thanks for nothing doc and SAC HLTH SYSTEM Staff! You’ve done a horrible job and cause me nothing but stress. They literally rescheduled me 3 times when I begged them to see me because I’m tired of going to the ER. Absolutely heartless doctors and staff don’t care one bit for the common people... read more
