My husband and I bought a 1997 Ford f350 460 in Clermont, FL to drive home to Maine and in Florence, SC we started having transmission issues and pulled off at a Circle K a little past 6:00 PM. The fluid was high and we needed to drain it by dropping the pan but didn’t have the tools. Service was fantastic. We were stuck in or motorhome. He came out to Bucees at midnight to diagnose the issue. He found the problem, which was a bad throttle body. Drove 30 minutes the following morning to get the part and installed it. Saved our vacation. Highly recommend.
