We are a community of people with a common love, ZUMBA! We specialize in Zumba classes but also offer High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes called STRONG! Classes are offered every day of the week including classes on the weekend. We also have a variety of instructors, each with a different style. We are truly a community...a Zumba family and we always support and encourage each other to reach our personal fitness goals. We are always welcoming and always have room for more friends in our lives. Join us!

I love the option to have “drop ins”. There’s no “start up” fee. I love coming here. So far I have enjoyed all of the instructors. They all have their own unique style, but all have the same compassion and love for Zumba!!!
Great energy and enthusiasm from the instructors and the participants! Sabrina and Z crew will keep you motivated!
I love it! The classes are such a treat to my soul. The environment is super friendly and the teachers really fun to dance with.
I love this Zumba studio. Great teachers and nice people in the classes. Always a good amount of people, so the energy is high, but still enough room for everybody to move about. Definitely try it out. You’ll be happy you did!
