Dr. Chitra Rajpal is the most unorganized doctor we have came across in our entire tme in USA (over 13 years). She should learn to respect other people's time. Doctor's office give the same excuse all the time that the Doctor has family emergency. I wish we could grade her service below Zero.
She was great. She was easy to talk to. Her office is very easy to fine.
Dr. Rajpal was my Dr. but Not anymore! She doesn't listen to the patient...didn't even look at me, when I spoke!! Very poor side manners!! Too bad, since I came to her with high hopes, given that she is a woman...I thought I would get better care! What a mistake!! :(
Sabrina is so rude and unkind! I cannot believe she is a nurse- She gets angry super easy when all you need is help-
Dr Khemka treated me in the hospital for sepsis. He literally saved my life and was so helpful with my family. I hope to never need him again but if I do- I have 100% confidence in him!
Dr Kim always gives us quality time to assess, answer questions and provide education. This combined with a warm heart and jovial spirit, Dr Kim is a great Pediatrician. I would comfortably recommend Dr. Kim. Sincere thanks to Dr Kim for his many years of great service to our son.
I Love Ruby shes friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Has the perfect balance of Professionalism as well as Personalism. A smile,genuineness,and patience for a person goes a long way expressionally when you have no idea of what their trials are. And as far as the doctor love her already. Extremely personable even though you're the patient and she's the doctor she listens to you and you can tell she's not just listening she hears . THANK YOU for caring about me and my health.
Unfortunately, my father-in-law was referred to Dr. Khemka for special treatment and while the office staff is polite and the office clean, everything is undermined by the callous, uncaring, unresponsive and horrendous manner of Dr. Kehmka who is either preoccupied with other thoughts or completely unconcerned for the well-being of the patients seeking his professional judgement. After waiting for 30-45 minutes on three different occasions, we spent literally one to five minutes with him.
I highly recommend Dr Mehta. I brought my mother to him because she was having confusion and memory issues. She did not want to go. But after her first visit, she really liked Dr Mehta! He took time getting to know her, telling her jokes and putting her at ease. He reviewed all her labwork first to evaluate if her problems stemmed from meds or health issues. He is thorough and really understands his patients. Now my mom reminds me when her next appt with Dr Mehta is coming!
