Completed a contract with Sabrena for the sale of my Dad's house. Sabrena was very helpful with explaining all paperwork. She had people interested in the house prior to the active date. Once the sale went active, we had 4 showings in just a few days. She stayed contact with me everyday. We had a buyer and signed contract within two weeks. Closed on the sale on Monday and Sabrena was there with me for signing. So if you selling or buying a home, I would recommend Sabrena as your realtor. She will work very hard for you.
Sabrena was awesome! She toured us around looking at cabins for our family to use and was very knowledgeable and understanding of our needs given we are not from the area. She was a pleasure to work with and we would do so again!
