I wanna Thank Sabrena Funk for coming out and appraising my house on such short notice! I appreciated her making me feel like a priority and helping on such short notice l! She was very professional and Thorough,Going through every detail of my house to not miss anything. She came prepared with documentation and was informative. Super nice and can obviously see why she's the best!! Highly recommended
As a first-time buyer with a unique situation I needed expert guidance. Sabrena's expertise in the market and support gave me confidence and peace of mind throughout the process. She answered all my questions and saved me money as well. So thankful that I had someone on my side who really cares.
Thank GOD for Sabrena. After another realtor overpriced our reno-home, it sat on the market for almost 3 years. The minute she started, I could tell this time would be different. We got a report every time someone looked at the house. It's easy to get hold of her. She's personable and smart and very professional. Why look any further?!?
We had a great experience working with Sabrena on the sale of our property in Berkeley Springs. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and very easy to work with throughout the entire process. Since we live out of state, having someone local we could trust and rely on was especially important. Sabrena kept us informed, answered all of our questions, and made the entire process go smoothly from listing through closing. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the Berkeley Springs area.
Selling a house when you live 5 hours away and in another state can be difficult, but Sabrina dedicated work made it easy for me. Contacting her was never a problem. Even the couple of issues with the property were resolved quickly and smoothly. Great experience!
