They take forever to serve you at the counter to order food and drinks. They will put you by an overcrowding area for your lane, so don’t expect to have half of the table for your bowling area. I asked if my party could be moved to a different lane and got told no cause it’s going to get overcrowded. Mine you not there was 10 other lanes free and wide open of space. Went there on a Friday night for night strike like I have for the past four years and here it’s only for hour and a half when use to be three hours long and couldn’t get food the new management took over and that place went down hill big time sorry but lost one heck of a loyal customer
