Nathan and the gang were excellent during the build. Always around to help or offer suggestions. Would definitely recommend them
Quality build, we have not experienced any issues since home was built in 2019. Reccomend
Construction of 48 sq self contained one bedroom cottage. We had an idea, and a vague plan to use an area on a house block to construct a self contained cottage. Initial meeting with Stewart provided insight with council regulations and boundary restrictions, and confidence that it could be done. We had a terrible experience with Sabre Constructions and would not recommend them. Very poor communication, corners cut, arrogant owners. The house was left exposed with no roof in Jan for 3 weeks of rain and frames went mouldy, I went onsite to find the chippies just nailing board over without remedying. I was gas lit by the Stuart, the owner, the whole way who never took my complaints seriously and tried to blame our bowing ceiling on “humidity”, plus every other issue was always blamed on another tradey.
