Don't believe these 5 star reviews. This doctor doesn't take notes, and constantly forgets the situation when dealing with patients issues. I had to get an MRI done and a month went by before I got any sort of answer from them about the results and that was only after I called in and asked what was going on with them taking so long. Useless staff that can't even complete referrals in a timely manner but they are always happy to take your money and do nothing in return. Good riddance to this doctors office. Dr. Zafar is professional, kind, and has excellent bedside manner. Her staff is also professional and courteous. The office is always very calm and clean. I feel completely safe and at ease here. Dr. Zafar takes time to listen to your concerns and I’ve never felt rushed during an appointment. I’ve had a lot of negative experiences with medical professionals in my past and Dr. Zafar broke that pattern for me. I’m so glad I found her.
