Horrible customer service. The way how they handle the business makes you repulsive to their products, which is said. Great to go in store but shopping online with this company is a BIG headache.
[Terrible service.] Don’t shop online. I returned my order but they didn’t refund me. Customer service number never pick up the phone. I’ve already called more than 100 calls in total but still haven’t solve my problem. After I placed the order, I waited more than one month to receive it. And they even missed one of my product. The shopping experience is SUCKS. Plz refund my money. If the manager see this comment, please contact me by email. Thank you.
사봉 좋은 거야 말할 것도 없고 직원이 엄청 친절해요. 깔깔 웃으며 계산했는데 유쾌한 경험이었어요. 뉴욕에서 영어 버벅이는 아시안한테 이렇게 친절한 아프리카 아메리칸은 처음이었네요. 매장은 작아서 대여섯명 들어가면 꽉 찼는데 그래도 좋았어요. 다음에 뉴욕가면 또 갈거에요.
