Lauren is extremely competent and professional, and she is a warm, caring human being. She was able to negotiate with multiple schools in a complex, unique situation, and she successfully managed the appeal process for eligibility for other services. She (and her staff) also helped link us to disability housing and support service agencies. Lauren captured our hearts when she took the time to visit our teen’s art show on top of everything else.
