They came out and redid the whole parking lot at our office. At first we were pleased and had no issues but a few weeks later after a heavy rain we noticed a large puddle in a certain area and called to notify them. This continued to happen after a rain. They eventually came out to 'fix it' which was cutting out a rectangle area and redoing it. Our parking lines haven't been repainted and the rectangle is a different color and very noticeable. We've called numerous times after this but no one has returned calls.

Saw the job they did at the Silk Mill in Kent: serious slopes and contours, rock wall bordering part of the parking lot, steep slope at the other side....and the work was perfect. and they did it quickly too, something appreciated by the commercial and residential tenants of the iconic Kent landmark.
Was behind one of their white dump trucks on 224 pulling a trailer carrying a backhoe/dozer of some sort. There were rocks and mud on the trailer and backhoe which pelted our one week old vehicle. One of the rocks took a good chunk out of our windshield. I emailed them through their website and left a message on Facebook. Neither was acknowledged. I truly guess they do not care about the safety of the motoring public and obviously the driver was too lazy to sweep off the trailer and remove the plethora of rocks. Guess you’ll... read more
